Prior to the introduction of the new application, we had a significant amount of redundant workflows that were wasting time and resources as well as not capturing the data we needed in a usable format. We explored numerous off the shelf solutions but couldn’t find anything to meet our specific needs. KeaPoint worked with us to take a napkin sketch idea and turn it into reality for a completely custom fit solution. Since implementation, KeaPoint has been immediately responsive to our questions and additional tweaks and features that we have requested to improve the app. This project was well outside the scope of what we typically deal with, and we could not have accomplished it without KeaPoint.
